Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy explains how AxeCodeSecure, based in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, processes personal data related to the axecodesecure.tech website, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD). For any privacy matter, write to contato@axecodesecure.tech.

2. Data we process

Email contact. The contact form does not send data to the website's servers: it only prepares a message in your email app. We receive only what you choose to send — usually your name, company, work email, phone (optional) and a description of your challenge.

Audience metrics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which produces aggregated access statistics (pages visited, referrer, device type) without cookies and without individually identifying visitors.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data, such as IP address and browser information, needed to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use contact data to answer your request and prepare proposals, based on preliminary procedures related to a contract at the data subject's request (LGPD art. 7, V). Aggregated metrics and technical logs are processed based on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) to operate, protect and improve the website.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

4. Cookies

The website does not use its own tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Sharing

Data may be processed by vendors that help us operate, such as our hosting and analytics provider (Cloudflare) and our email service provider, always limited to the purposes described. These services may involve international data transfers, carried out in accordance with the LGPD.

6. Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, or for the period required by legal obligations. They are deleted afterwards.

7. Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing and review of decisions, under LGPD art. 18, by writing to contato@axecodesecure.tech. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system is completely immune to incidents; should one occur, we will take the measures required by the LGPD.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
